There are many types of headphones. At the same time, it is impossible to say clearly which of them is better, and what is worse. It all depends on the scope and expectations of the user.

By design, headphones are divided into the following types:

insert (inserts);
intracanal (vacuum);
overhead
full-size.
Inserts have got their name because of what they put into the earlobe. Since the shape of the ear is everyone's own, then these headphones can be wilted unintentionally. Their main advantages are compactness and very low cost. The main disadvantages are reduced quality of reproduction (especially at low frequencies) and very weak sound insulation.

The inner channels are placed directly into the ear canal. This ensures sound insulation and good reproduction of low-frequency signals. They are good when listening to music in noisy places, but they have a significant disadvantage - they have a heavy load on the tympanic membrane. If you use it often and at full volume, then there is a chance to spoil the hearing.

Overhead headphones are pressed to the top of the ear and fixed with a bow-shaped headband or heavens. They provide a more voluminous sound than an internal cable, but the sound insulation is practically the same as that of the liners.

Full-length headphones look like overheads, but unlike the last, they cover the ears completely. The sound is very high-quality, and the sound insulation is almost perfect. Their main drawback is the high dimensions and price.

By way of connecting the headphones are divided into the following types:

leading
wireless
The conductors connect to the sound reproducing apparatus with a cable, while the wireless functions through the radio channel. Lack of wires ensures mobility and ease of use. At the same time, the quality of their reproduction is significantly lower.

When purchasing it is also necessary to pay attention to the technical characteristics of the device. One of the most important parameters is the frequency range. For best sound, it should cover the entire spectrum available to the human ear. In most people, this range ranges from 15.0 to 20000.0 hertz. Individuals can hear more frequent sounds, but they are rare.

Internet store TehnoFishki offers a on-line selection of high-quality and inexpensive headphones.
